Service Areas

picture of a pawCountess Critters is not your typical pet sitting company. We feel strongly in supporting our non-profit organizations, rescue folks and those who try and help our little 4-legged (all 4 legs are not required!) furry friends. It is important to us to give back to the community and try and educate the public in proper pet care and adoption opportunities available to the community.

We gladly accept donations of money, food, bedding, cages, toys, pet clothes, medication and anything related to animals. We will gladly pick up the supplies and dispense it to the rescue folks who are doing a wonderful job helping save the lives of our little innocent friends who are in need of help in the community.

You can contact us at if you have any questions or would like a drop off location.

One of the volunteer groups we help are those out there helping the feral cat communities. They go out to the colonies and trap, spay/neuter and return the kitties that aren't placeable in homes. These kitties still need to be fed even though they are in the wild and that is what these volunteer groups do on their own time. You can help by donating dry food to this worthy cause.

We also support rescue groups who go to the local animal shelters and save animals who are about to be put to sleep. They take them and get them spayed/neutered, take care of any medical problems, find a foster home for them and then try and find a family to adopt them.

Again, these volunteers spend endless amount of time, energy and money of their own. You can help by donating money for the surgical procedures, food, cages, animal carriers, blankets, toys or anything that you may have that you are not using any more. These rescue folks are the angels in our society.

In addition to helping rescue groups, we ourselves do rescue. We have recently rescued Blackie, an FIV positive kitty who is the sweetest and plump lap cat ever. He is a spooky, black, Halloween cat that just loves belly rubs. Another recent rescue was Twinkie, a one-year-old puppy Chihuahua who was born with congenital birth defects and needed an expensive surgery. Thanks to a local, kind-hearted, animal loving veterinarian, Twinkie had his surgery and neuter and now has a loving home.

Let's not forget Captain. A very old, Pomeranian who has a heart murmur, arthritis, breathing problems, a collapsing trachea, wheezes, and is on 5 medications a day. He is one of the sweetest pooches I've ever met. We were the last resort for these animals and we are very proud that we can give these animals another chance at life. These are only a few of the animals that we have had the pleasure of saving.

We gladly accept cash donations with checks, money orders, and cashiers checks or through PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay with a credit card through a secure, fast and reliable server. PayPal is free and will instantly send you confirmation of your payment. This is the recommended payment method of the online auction site eBay. Just click on the button below that says "Make A Donation". We appreciate any amount you can afford. We will gladly send you a receipt. Just ask! If you need help signing up with PayPal just let us know. We can help!

If you would like to sign up for our monthly donation pledge, write our membership department at Countess Critters Pet Sitting Service, P.O.
